blurb

Love, fate & hope are the three touchstones of our lives. We love, we believe in fate, and we live by hope.  It is this idea of sticking by these three vital thoughts, which has been portrayed in the collection of poems, Love, Fate & Hope.

The book is a product of the pain the author felt after her father’s demise. She lovingly remembers him through her words. The poems are simple and of varied types. Each type has been introduced well before a poem is served to you. The poems have a common vein of love flowing through them. The subjects ranged from an abandoned daughter to a bride’s grief once she loses her prince charming to a daughter’s grief as she recalls how her father loved her unconditionally.

I loved the cover of the book. It is simple and aesthetic. The title very well compliments the poems which convey the message of loving, holding on to fate, and then hoping for the best. The poems are an innocent portrayal of love which might touch your hearts. The book is simple, short and could be finished in a go. So, if you are looking for a quick reading experience, you may pick it up!

MY RATING: 3/ 5
