Book Review (1)

How do you deal with stress and negativity? Wanna share some tips?

Life’s not a linear graph. It is all about the troughs and crests and the flattened curves. There are days when you are ecstatic while on others, you are in despair and yet there would be days when the monotony comes hitting you. Life’s not fair but is it really that bad? Think again!

From Regular to Remarkable by Dr. Roopleen Prasad is a book of 365 motivational quotes to brighten up your days. Yes, one quote for each day keeping negativity at the bay. Sounds interesting? Don’t give me that look 😉

The quotes have been divided into certain categories such as goals, life, success, mindset, plan, etc. All the quotes have been written in simple language but do contain profound meaning. Although a few might sound repetitive or cliche, some are extremely brilliant in the message they intend to deliver. It’s like you read one quote to start off your day and instantly, though the hangover of the previous day is nagging you, feel happy.

I liked the attractive manner of presenting the quotes with regard to formatting and indentation. It is catchy and wonderful. I loved the vibes I got while reading this book. I did make a list of my key takeaways from the book and you’ll find it in my upcoming post. But till then, go and get this book to have some inspiration and positivity pushing you to surge ahead in life.

MY RATING: 4/ 5
