This book is part 1 of the series ‘Retrospective Wellness Series.’ The author attempts to throw light on the importance of a healthy lifestyle thereby giving vital tips to have one. Divided into nine chapters, the book breaks down all the important hacks to feed our pragmatic and impatient brains. It discusses pointers such as breathing, eating, walking, sunbathing, etc to shed light on how easy it is to follow a healthy living.
The writing is absolutely breezy and the information, crisp. I loved the overall presentation mixed with text and charts that eventually make it easy for anyone to grasp the content. Moreover, the author has made efforts to maintain an air of positivity throughout the book. He picks instances from his childhood, blends them with his repository of the knowledge, and presents a quick manual for our healthy being.
I haven’t read much about health or wellness so this book turned out to be great for me. And I believe that if you too haven’t read much on the subject of wellness, you should give it a shot. This book will direct you towards a path you ought to take in life. And though it is a non-fiction book, it will still keep you entertained.
