Do you think your mind is cluttered most of the time? Like too many thoughts present in a room with no space to move around?
Here’s a book that might help you in decluttering your mind space and be at ease.
Calm The Chaotic Mind by Kunal Dudeja is a handy guide on how one can bring the noise in their heads to a stop using some fascinating frameworks and techniques. Through techniques such as EFT, CBT, Breathwork, Thinking Corrections, Self-Acceptance, Shifting Core Beliefs, Power of Gratitude, and Forgiveness, the book aims to aid its readers in improving their overall emotional well-being.
The book is divided into 3 parts:
- Calming Methods for Everyday Stresses
- Calm your Mind Amid Chaos
- Proactive Methods to be at Peace
Part 1 sheds light on methods such as conscious eating, breathing, grounding activities, and more to put oneself at ease in daily life. Part 2 introduces the refreshing point of the emotional freedom technique and further explains it and cognitive behavioural therapy in greater detail. This essentially helps the readers understand more about their thinking errors and take corrective steps to resolve the issues. Part 3 has certain ideas related to chanting, acceptance, and gratitude to create an overall sense of calm.
The writing in the book is extremely lucid for all segments of readers. While some ideas given in the book seem simple, the ones focused on a combination of EFT and CBT seemed fruitful. I also liked the tapping technique mentioned in the book which personally helped me in setting the right tone of my being.
A few chapters are accompanied by QR codes that could be scanned and the examples for the particular technique would be available in audio format. I believe this bit of creativity does make reading this book a different experience.
In all, it is a good book that combines theory and examples to emphasise how one can correct their thinking mistakes and worry less. Do check this out if the premise interests you and read it slowly for better results.

This sounds like something I’d really be interested.
Sorry to not have commented on your posts for a while, but I have had health issues, then My Better Half died, and now after a summer of educating myself on how to handle our finances (I’d never even paid a utility bill or pumped gas for my car!), I’m getting ready to go back to school next week.
